Bed structure: The bed is inclined (at 30°/45°/60°), with a cross-sectional area 20%–30% larger than that of a flat bed. It has strong resistance to bending and torsion, and its rigidity is approximately 40% higher than that of a flat bed. Force distribution is reasonable: The cutting force is close to the direction of the workpiece's gravity, "gravity-assisted cutting", resulting in low vibration and little deformation. It is suitable for heavy loads and difficult-to-machine materials (such as alloy steel, stainless steel). Precision retention: The thermal deformation of the spindle and bed is small. The temperature rise of the guide rail during continuous processing for 8 hours is ≤ 5℃, and the precision retention is improved by approximately 60%. Positioning accuracy: With servo drive and ball screw, the repeat positioning accuracy can reach ±0.002mm, the roundness error is ≤ 0.003mm, and it meets IT5 level precision.
